attendance

Each choir member is allowed 4 absences (2 tardies = 1 absence) per concert period. This applies to rehearsals and mandatory engagements. For Fall 2003, the only mandatory performance before the concert is the Kwanzaa event. However, we strongly encourage all members to attend as many events as they can.

**Note: Dress rehearsals are mandatory, which means if you miss the dress rehearsal you will NOT be able to sing in the concert.

cutoff date

A choir member must join the choir prior to the cutoff date set by the eboard in order to sing in the concert. Any member joining after this date, can support the choir at the concert in a number of other ways (e.g. collecting tickets, setting up, etc.).

dues

Each choir member must pay $15 in dues per concert period. Efforts will be made to help any of those members who find this a financial difficulty!
